    “If Only You Understood”,  An Intimate Dialogue Between Parent and Adult Child

    This one and a half hour program was introduced at NorCal 2009, and is accepted as a CFP Certification Education Program for 1.5 CE credits. It depicts  different generational values, norms and ways of communicating utilizing video scenarios and follow up analysis. Participants immediately understand how emotional resistance slows and sabotages the planning process.

    • The three big taboo conversations between generations
    • What derails conversations and why people bring resistance to the planning process
    • Tools to move conversations forward to help clients achieve their goals
